Delta Media Group, a leading online platform provider for the residential real estate industry, engaged ideafarm to create a testimonial film that would showcase how Delta helps blue-chip realty companies embrace technology to grow their businesses.

ideafarm worked closely with Delta’s team, including CEO Mike Minard and President Noel England, to articulate key benefits of Delta’s comprehensive web and digital marketing tools and identify Delta customers that could best illustrate that value.

ideafarm interviewed Sandra Troccoli, Vice President of IT & Digital Platforms for Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Services, to tell the story of her firm’s success with the Delta platform and how it has helped BHHS better serve customers, retain top agents, and increase market share to become the #1 home seller in Baltimore and a leader in South Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

The resulting film, used by Delta’s sales team to sell the company’s value as a technology partner to realty companies, proved so effective that ideafarm was engaged to create several additional films that offered deep dives into specific Delta platform benefits, including SEO, lead generation, agent recruitment, virtual showings and 24/7 turnkey marketing.

Delta Media serves 600+ real estate brokerages, 35,000 agents and 225 multiple listing services across the U.S with its enterprise marketing and business management solutions, helping companies and top-performing agents efficiently navigate their business pipeline from lead to close.

All content, including footage of BHHS headquarters and representative luxury properties in Lancaster, was captured with a RED cinema camera.
